SC Special Ed Tutoring is a focused site built for families using South Carolina’s Education Scholarship Trust Fund (ESTF) — the scholarship program administered by the South Carolina Department of Education — who want to put those funds toward tutoring for a child who learns differently and need a clear picture of how to do it.

It is powered by Special Ed Resource, a national organization that has delivered more than 100,000 tutoring sessions nationwide and supports families who need specialized academic help for learning differences, executive function, reading, math, and school-related challenges. In South Carolina, A Special Education Resource LLC is an approved ESTF Education Service Provider paid through ClassWallet, delivering subject tutoring online statewide by teachers certified in special education.

The point of this site is not to pretend South Carolina families need a giant national content portal. It is to combine South Carolina–specific ESTF guidance with a parent brand that already works every day with students who need specialized support.

This site is intentionally narrow. It is not trying to be a state portal — applications and official program rules live on the state’s own sites, and we are an approved provider, not the South Carolina Department of Education.
